* By mutual agreement we may perform services for NON-COMPETING law firms within the same market. For instance, if your firm only handles personal injury cases we may be able to perform similar services for a firm that only handles bankruptcy cases.

How Our SEO Agreement Works

1. With our help you will identify the search words most relevant to your practice and your location. (e.g. “Chicago personal injury lawyer, Chicago car accident attorney, etc.)


2. We will do a viability and competitive analysis of your market. Based on those findings and your agreement, we will incorporate the terms that are most relevant and viable to optimize into a “Search Engine Optimization Grid”. This grid typically contains dozens, and sometimes hundreds, of search terms which we will “optimize” on the search engines.


3. We then build your website intent on maximizing its exposure on the major search engines in response to online searches for terms on the grid.


4. Once your website is built and optimized it will begin to appear on the major search engines whenever someone does a search for the terms on the grid. If we don’t get the website placed on the first page of results there is no fee that month.


5. SEO is a continual effort. The search engines rank responses to search inquiries based on a number of constantly evolving criteria. Our job is to make sure your website evolves to meet those criteria as well.
