G. TRENT MARQUIS

G.Trent Marquis obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Illinois and his Juris Doctorate degree from Valparaiso University School of Law in 1972. He is licensed to practice in Illinois, Iowa and the federal courts. He began his career as a prosecutor, handling everything from speeding tickets to murder cases.

In 1976 he began private practice, where he has handled a wide variety of criminal and civil cases. Since 1986, his practice has primarily concentrated in plaintiff's personal injury law, representing seriously injured individuals and the family members of tragic accidental death victims. Since 2003 he has also been a certified mediator. In recognition of his experience and successes, he has been selected as a “Leading Lawyer” by his attorney peers in the area of personal injury law.
